Sell stocklots and wholesale clearance inventory

Stocklots, also written stock lots, are batches of goods offered in bulk. They may contain one product line, assorted items or mixed pallets. Stock clearance can involve surplus inventory, unsold goods or discontinued lines. IHDagent considers professional stock proposals worldwide as a buyer. This page explains how to offer your inventory; it is not a catalogue of stock available for purchase.

Who buys surplus stock lots or unsold inventory?

Manufacturers, e-commerce brands, wholesalers, importers and distributors can propose inventory to IHDagent. Describe the goods and their condition, including whether they are new, returned or have damaged packaging. Separate saleable goods from non-compliant items and disclose any resale restrictions. We assess each proposal individually. Submitting inventory does not guarantee acceptance, and only the human purchase decision-maker can agree to buy a lot.

How should I describe bulk stock lots or pallets?

Provide an inventory showing product references, brands, quantities by item and the number of pallets. Explain whether the lot is uniform or mixed and whether quantities are exact or approximate. Include representative photos, the stock location, availability and loading constraints. The proposal form accepts XLSX, XLS, CSV and PDF inventories as well as photos. Leave unknown weights or dimensions unspecified rather than estimating them as confirmed facts.

What price should I quote for stock clearance?

State your asking price and, if available, your best indicative price for the complete lot. Include currency and whether tax is included. Distinguish a per-item price from a total lot price, and list transport or other charges separately. You can submit inventory even if the price is still to be discussed. The form does not calculate a purchase price, accept your asking price or create a purchase commitment.

Are you looking for wholesale clearance suppliers?

Searches for wholesale clearance lots and surplus stock suppliers often come from resellers wanting to buy merchandise. IHDagent serves the other side of that transaction: professionals who want to sell stock. If you supply stocklots and wish to offer a batch, send us its details. This website is not an online wholesale shop or a marketplace, and it does not advertise a current inventory for sale.
