Personal data
The information sent through the form (company, name, email, phone, location, lot description, price and attachments) is used only to review your offer and to contact you about this business request.
It is stored in a private database, with access restricted to our purchasing team. Attachments are not public. This data is never sold or used for marketing.
It is processed by our technical infrastructure providers, only to run the site: hosting by Vercel through the NanoCorp platform, and a Neon database located in the United States (us-east-1 region).
Sending an offer never triggers an automatic purchase. Any purchase decision is made later, by a person, after talking with you.
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any business relationship that follows. We do not set a single fixed retention period in advance.
